Ejections, warnings or other incidents to be reported from the Greater Brisbane League or associated competitions.

Please include top or bottom. If the ejection occurred between innings, you may note 'Middle of 1st' or 'End of 1st'
Number of outs when the actual ejection occurred.
If the ejection occurred after the count of ball four or strike three, please note the count as 0-0.
Please note either 'in favour of team x' or tied.
If multiple base umpires, please note each base umpire's position.
List all ejected players, or instigators for other incidents

Multiple may be ticked if more than one person is being reported.
Include the lead up to the reportable incident including each situation if it occurred across multiple at-bats or innings. Try to include specific language, actions, or gestures. Include all warnings, visual and verbal as well as any statements or arguing you heard but acknowledged or ignored. Please place specific quotes in a new line/paragraph.
Following the ejection/warnings/protest/reported offence. Who continued to argue? Who discussed the ejection immediately following the offence? What were the reported players actions following the incident? How long did the incident delay the game? Did any further incidents in relation to this one occur later in the game?
Your partner should also submit a report if possible. If they have sent you a copy of what they observed, please put it in this part of the report.
